一、 总则 Ⅰ.General 1、为了确保船舶的建造质量，检验船舶性能，保证试验顺利进行，特制定轮机部分大 纲。本大纲参照“海船系泊及航行试验通则 （GB/T 3471 -1995 ）”制定。 1. To determine the fabrication quality of the ship, examine the sea going performance of the ship and determine this trial carried out well, the mooring test and the sea trial of machinery part is intended. This program refer to “DOCK AND SEA TRIAL PROGRAM OF THE VESSEL （GB/T 3471 -1995 ）”. 2 、试验由船舶制造部门主持，并会同现场验船师、船舶使用部门和设计部门的人员参 加。 2.This test is taken charge by the ship manufacture department and ships’ operators and design department to attend on the scene jointly with the Surveyor. 3、试验应在下列条件具备后进行： 3. Test shall be carried out in accordance with the following condition: 3.1 系泊试验前应由制造部门向验船部门和使用部门提供机电设备、船舶各系统材质及 船用产品检验合格证件，制造过程中的各种试验证件及装船后的试验安装测量记录卡 以便交验。 3.1 Before the mooring test ,manufacturers should send to operators and class by approved certificates of machine electricity equipments, ships material , ships and navigate product, all kinds of test document while manufacturing and the installation record card after shipment. 3.2 系泊试验和航行试验所使用的测试仪器和仪表应具有国家有关主管机构签发的有 效合格证件。 3.2 All kind of test instrumentation and gauges applicator during mooring test and sea trial should be provided with the efficiency approved certificate checked by the supervisor organization of Nation. 4 、试验分为系泊试验和航行试验两个阶段进行，系泊试验应在船舶各项的工程安装完 毕后进行。航行试验是在全船各项工程全部竣工，系泊试验合格，取得验船部门同意 后方可进行。 The test is divided into two parts: the mooring test and sea trial, the mooring test shall be run after completing installation of engine in the vessel. The sea trial shall be carried out after completion of the vessel, check of the mooring test and class admitted. 5、试验后由制造部门将各种试验记录、报告、结论及完工图纸送验船部门、船舶使用 部门及设计部门存查。 5.
