海南医学院学报 2008，14(4) 432 Jouma／ofHainan Me矗 D 麻杏射干汤治疗哮喘性支气管炎疗效观察 陈澍生 (江苏省宝应县沿河镇卫生院。江苏扬州 225815) [摘要】目的：探讨中药治疗哮喘性支气管炎的有效性。方法：我院儿科住院患儿40例， 随机分为治疗 组与对照组各20例。治疗组用自拟麻杏射干汤治疗哮喘性支气管炎，对照组使用常规方法，比较两组 结果。结果：治疗组显效3例(15％)，有效l5例(75％)，无效2例(10％)，总有效率为90％；对照组显 效8例(40％)；有效6例(30％)，无效6例(30％)，总有效率为70％。平均用药时间治疗组2—7 d， 平 均3．2 d；对照组2-9 d，平均4．1 d，治疗组有2例患者出院后再次哮喘复发(1月内)，对照组6例。结 论：麻杏射干汤治疗哮喘性支气管炎与单纯西药比较具有治疗费用低、毒副反应少、用药时间短、给药方 法简便、复发率低。值得推广。 [关键词]哮喘；支气管炎；中草药；儿童 [中图分类号]R562．2 1 [文献标识码]A r文章编号]1007—1237(2008}04-0432-02 Therapeutic effects of maxing——shegan decoction on asthma and bronchitis C,HEN Shu—sheng (Yanhe TownHospital ofBaoying County，Jiangsu Province Yangzhou 225815，China) [ABSTRACT]Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effects of maxing—shegan decoction on asthma and bronchitis．Method：40 pediatric cases of ast}lma and bronchitis hospitalized were randomly divided into treatment group and control group．The treatment group was administrated with maxing—shegan decoction，and the control group was given conventional management，the results were analyzed．Results：Marked effectiveness was observed in 3 cases(15％)，effectiveness in 15 cases(75％)，invalid in 2 cases(10％)in treatment group．The total effi— ciency was 90％．Marked effectiveness was in 8 cases(4o％)in control，effectiveness was in 6 cases(3O％)，to一 ． tal efficiency of70％and invalid in 6 cases(30％)．The treatment time was 2 to 7 days long，an average of3．2 days in treatment group．It was 2 to 9 days，an average of4．1 days in control group．There were 2 patients in treat— ment group and 6 patients in control rehospitalized after discharged 1 month．Conclusion：maxing—shegan decoc— tion has some advantages than western medicine，such as low—cost，less toxicity，short stay in hospital，simple method for taking，low recurrence rate on bronchitis and asthma． 『KEY WORDS]Ast}lma；Bronc
