Project preferential policy Development Construction Project for Yaha Scenic Region Investment Attraction 雅哈景区招商引资开发建设项目 一、项目简介 景区位于康定县甲根坝乡亚龙沟及贡嘎山乡玉龙西村境内，是近年在“环贡嘎山两小时旅游圈”内推出的又一重量级旅游景区。离康定城122.8公里，距康定机场60公里，是自驾旅游的首选地之一。景区以自然风光为主，集现代冰川、森林、草原、湖泊、瀑布、泉华滩及种类繁多的杜鹃花、名贵动植物为一体。该区域以高原宽亚高山草甸、雪域冰川、钙化地貌、木雅藏族风情（建筑）为主要景观特色，是观赏贡嘎山主峰，体验木雅风情的极佳区域。同时，该区域平均海拔在3500-4600m之间，属于高山寒缺氧地带，人烟稀少未经开发。从雅哈垭口观贡嘎山，是贡嘎山纯金字塔的山形观景角度，可近距离的观赏连绵的雪山群（海拔6400-6800m之间），同时，其山下绿草茵茵、山上白雪皑皑的景观，是连阿尔卑斯、冈底斯山都不能看到，具有世界唯一性。 I. Project introduction The scenic region is located between West Yulong Village of Gongga Mountain Area and Yalong Valley of Jiagenba in Kangding County, and deemed as the other heavyweight scenic area promoted within “Construction of Two-hour-Tour Economic Circle around Gongga Mountain” in recent years. It is 122.8 km away from Kangding City, and 60 km from Kangding Airport, as one of the preferred destination for self-driving tour. The region is themed by natural sceneries, but gathering modern glacier, forest, grassland, lake, waterfall, sinter beach as well as various kinds of azalea and rare animals and plants as a whole. Besides, the region is also characterized by plateau alpine meadow, snowy glaciers, elaborate calcium formation, Muya Tibetan Culture (buildings), and the perfect area for enjoying the sight of Gongga Mountain’s highest peak and experiencing Muya Culture. In addition, the region’s average height is between 3500-4600m, belonging to the alpine and anoxic region, sparsely populated and undeveloped. Viewing from Yaha Nek throu
