Abstract Objective: To investigate the effect of QCC responsibilities on nurses in the ward with awareness of the situation of the patients condition. Methods: Select 8 people within the establishment QCC team by QCC steps, namely PDCA 4 stages, the use of quality management tools such as brainstorming, Plato, fishbone diagrams were organized and implemented in strict accordance with the implementation of the activities planned for dentistry 60 people randomly . To investigate the responsibility of nurses to grasp the degree of the patients condition, set goals according to the results of the investigation of the status quo, set goals, and then to analyze the causes and to develop appropriate corrective measures and their implementation. Results: By QCC, ward nurses responsibility to grasp the degree of patients increased from 57.5% to 81.9%. In addition, comprehensive capabilities of Circle members have improved significantly. Conclusion: The correct use of QCC can effectively improve the responsibility of nurses to patients with disease awareness, improving the ability to circle improve the quality of ring members; able to fully promote the management level thereby improving the care quality.
