第31 卷 第4 期 经 济 林 研 究 Vol. 31 No.4 2013 年12 月 Nonwood Forest Research Dec. 2013 葡萄WRKY转录因子家族全基因组分析 1 2 李成慧 ，蔡 斌 （1. 苏州农业职业技术学院，江苏苏州2 15008；2. 南京农业大学 园艺学院，江苏南京2 10095 ） 摘 要：为了给进一步开展葡萄WRKY 基因家族的功能和分子进化机制的研究提供理论依据，利用葡萄全基 因组数据，采用生物信息学的方法，在葡萄全基因组水平上对葡萄WRKY 基因家族进行了系谱进化关系、保 守模体、共线性关系及表达情况等方面的分析。结果表明，葡萄基因组中共存在55 个 WRKY 基因，命名为 VvWRKY1 ～VvWRKY55，这些WRKY 基因归属于7 个亚家族。共线性分析结果表明，亚家族Ⅱb 的6 个成员可 能起源于形成葡萄物种的 “古代六倍体化”事件。对公共数据库中葡萄RNA-Seq 数据的分析结果表明，有9 个 WRKY 基因对生物和非生物胁迫有响应。 关键词：葡萄；WRKY 基因；生物信息学；进化；全基因组分析 中图分类号：S663.1 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1003—8981(2013)04—0127—05 Genome-wide analysis of the WRKY transcription factor gene family in grape 1 2 LI Cheng-hui , CAI Bin (1. College of Horticulture, Nanj ing Agricultural University, Nanj ing 2 10095, Jiangsu, China) Abstract: In order to provide a theoretical basis for the researches on function and molecular evolutionary mechanism of WRKY gene family in grape, using the bioinformatics methods and genome-wide data in grape, WRKY gene family was analyzed at the aspects of phylogenetic relationships, conserved motif, colinear relationship and expression pattern at the genome-wide level. The results show that a total of 55 WRKY genes exist in grape genome, designated as VvWRKY1- VvWRKY55, and they were clustered into 7 subfamilies.
