As Change Agent , we help line management in preparing their organization to deal with CHANGE , which is the main constant in a very competitive global marketplace. As Employee Champion , we work with line management to increase the commitment and capability of employees to the Company. As Administrative Expert , we ensure that the programs designed to attract and retain our employees are executed in a high quality and “zero defect” manner. The Profile We Seek We are looking for people who have the following qualification and traits: High level of integrity and ethical standard. Strong leadership influencing skills. Courage and conviction to stand up for what is right. High sensitivity and concern for people. Ability to stay objective and calm especially when there is pressure.
