苏州百年职业学院出差管理办法苏州百年职业学院出差管理办法 苏州百年职业学院出差管理办法苏州百年职业学院出差管理办法 Suzhou Centennial College Business Trip Regulations 为规范员工出差，确保出差任务顺利完成，本着高效、务实、 节俭的原则制定本办法。 This set of regulations is to provide the specification for business trips on the basis of efficiency, practicability and cost saving. 一、基本要求Basic Requirements （一）员工外出办事应穿着整洁，且为学院建立良好的个人及 学院形象，不得有任何损害学院形象的行为。 During a business trip, staff should be well-dressed and foster a positive college and personal image. Any behaviors damaging the college reputation will not be condoned. （二）员工外出办事应按期返回，不可拖延工作进程、不可铺 张浪费。特殊情况必须延期的，要及时向上级领导请示，并按批复 意见执行。 Procrastination of work and extravagance are prohibited during the business trips. It is required to make an application timely to the superior and get approved if it is needed to be prolonged. （三）员工外出办事期间不可参与或从事与学院或出差任务无 1 关的工作和活动。 Any activities irrelevant to college affairs are prohibited during the business trip. （四）员工出差必须依照学院规定的申请流程及费用标准执 行。 The application procedure and expenses standards should be strictly followed as required. （五）出差人员返回报销要实事求是，如发现有弄虚作假行为， 按学院有关规章制度处理。 Any dishonesty and falsification are prohibited, or it will be seriously dealt with according to the related college regulations. 二、出差定义 Definition of Business Trip 出差是指根据学校指令旅行到苏州以外地区办理与学院有关 事务。苏州包括苏州市辖区以及张家港、常熟、昆山、太仓4 市。 An approved business related absence to a location outside of Suzhou is considered as business trip. “Suzhou” includes the municipal districts, Zhangjiagang, Changshu, Kunshan and Taicang. 三、出差申请及审批Application and Approval for Business Trip （一）出差人员应事先提出申请，经部门或系部负责人、分管 院领导或院长批准及人事处备案后，出差方有效。如因特殊紧急情 况无法事先进行书面申请的，应由部门负责人及时报告有关院领导
