Abstract： Theconstantincreaseonthescaleofthecellphoneusersandnetizenssignifiesthattheappearance
andtheapplicationofthemobileinformationtechnologyhaveenteredthesecondstagetotheinformation
revolution．W iththearrivaloftheeraofthemobileinformation，thestudyonurbanspacestructureisunder—
goingthenew transfomr ationasfollowed：tobeginwith，duetotheincreaseofthepopularityrateofthemo—
bilefacilities， itbecomesmoreandmoreimportantforthecellphoneandGoogleasanew meanstogeo-
graphicalstudyontheeraofmobileinfomr ation．Then，inthepreviousstudyontheinfluenceofinformation
technoloyg tospace，thequantiytofinternetdomainnamesandthecapaciytofbackbonenetworkbandwidth
arethemainindicatorstothesutdyOilurbannewt orknamedurbanspacesturcture．Next， from thepresent
view point，thesutdyinthewesturnsfasterthanthatinthehome，andthesutdycontentsaboundthandomes—
ticwhichismerelyinvolvedinthestudyonresidentbehavior，spacetimeconstraint，cyberspace，andurban
newtork．Thesutdyhomeandabroad，however，placesparticularemphasisonurbanoutspacesturcutre，and
itneedsconcertedeffortofthenew data，meansandconcepttostepintothesutdyonurbanfunctionalspace
basedontheachievementofpersonalsutdy．Furthemr ore，theappearanceandapplicationofthemobileinfor—
