头孢克洛颗粒及干混悬剂溶出度探究【摘要】 目的 研究测定头孢克洛颗粒以及干混悬剂溶出度的方法。方法 采用浆法，以水为溶出介质，转速为50 r/min，紫外-可见分光光度法264 nm波长处测定吸光度。结果 头孢克洛颗粒和干混悬剂在5 min的溶出量均不少于80%。结论 方法准确可靠，能满足质量控制要求。 【关键词】头孢克洛；颗粒；干混悬剂；溶出度；紫外-可见分光光度法 Studies on the dissolution of cefaclor granules and suspensions TONG Li-qing,YANG Fan.Nanjing Institude for Drug Control,Nanjing 210015，China 【Abstract】 Objective To study the dissolution of cefaclor granules and suspensions.Methods Water was used as the dissolution medium and apparatus was operated as the rate of 50 r/min,A UV method was used.The detection wavelength was at 264 nm.Results Cefaclor
