宫缩乏力性产后出血护理体会【摘要】 目的 探讨宫缩乏力性产后出血的护理方法,减低产妇的死亡率。方法 回顾分析本院2007年1月至2008年12月期间宫缩乏力性产后出血病例以及所采取的护理方法。结果 正确和合理的护理措施可以有效止血,减低产后出血产妇的死亡率。结论 宫缩乏力为产后出血最为常见的原因。因此,提高护理人员的护理技术和加强产前的预防措施,对预防和治疗产后出血,保障产妇的生命安全是非常重要的。 【关键词】 宫缩乏力;产后出血;护理 Nursing of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony LI Jin-xiao, ZHOU Yu-jing, JIANG Feng-yi.
