三缸两排汽供热抽汽机组通流
改造中常见问题探讨

摘要：北京京能热电股份有限公司原有4台200Mw供热汽轮机组，在2007年到2008年间对4台机组进行通
流部分增容改造。改造后，4台机组均能在220Mw下长期、稳定、安全运行，节能效果显著。结合4台机组改造
的成功经验，针对三缸两排汽供热抽汽200MW机组通流改造中重点、难点及遇到的问题进行分析论述。
关键词：200MW汽轮机；通流改造；供热抽汽机组
