深圳市建筑物和公共设施清洗翻新管理规定（Regulations for the administration of cleaning and renovation of buildings and public facilities in Shenzhen） Promulgated by the peoples Government of Shenzhen Municipality (promulgated by the peoples Government)(time of promulgation)(time of implementation) Decree No. 219th (No.) of Shenzhen Municipal Peoples Government Regulations for the administration of cleaning and renovation of buildings and public facilities in Shenzhen Chapter I General Provisions The second chapter, building Wailimian cleaning, renovation The third chapter, building roof beautification The fourth chapter, cleaning and renovation of public facilities The fifth chapter, the unified cleaning and renovation of buildings The sixth chapter, legal responsibility The seventh chapter is the supplementary provisions The regulations on the administration of the cleaning and renovation of buildings and public facilities in Shenzhen have been examined and approved by the 161 executive meeting of the four session of the municipal government. They are hereby promulgated and shall come into force on July 1, 2010. Two years, May 11th Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 in order to strengthen city management, improve city environment quality, keep the buildings and public facilities clean and beautiful appearance and good function, according to the relevant laws and regulations, with the actual city, the enactment of this provision. Article second these Provisions apply to the citys buildings and public facilities cleaning, renovation supervision and management. Third cleaning and renovation of buildings as mentioned in these regulations, including cleaning, renovation and roof beautification of buildings. The term cleaning and refurbishing of buildings as mentioned in the present Provisions refers to the cleaning, painting and repair of facades and their ancillary facilities. The term refers to beautify the roof, roof greening, keep clean or by spraying color film
