Article 7 responsibilities of the unit with the qualification certificate: 1. Strictly enforce the laws, regulations, rules and standards of fishery environmental protection promulgated by state or local governments; 2. Collect appraisal fees according to the relevant national charging standards; 3. When entrusted with investigation of fishery pollution accidents, it is necessary to present the qualification certificate to the parties and indicate the number and level in the power of attorney; 4. Accept the inspection and supervision of the competent departments of fishery administration at the same level and superior. Article 8 the technical personnel who participate in the investigation and appraisal of the accident investigation shall obtain the certificate of employment of the fishery pollution accident investigation issued by the fishery administration and fishing port of the Peoples Republic of China.
