应届大学毕业生频繁跳巢行为探讨(The study of frequent hopping behavior of recent college graduates)
Abstract: social competition is becoming more and more fierce, many enterprises realize that the competition between enterprises is the competition between talents, so many college students are introduced from colleges and universities every year. In the face of the increasingly severe employment situation, college students are in a hurry to obtain employment, and then job-hopping frequently, which is known as choosing a career after employment. This phenomenon makes enterprises lose faith in the fresh university graduates, is one of the direct causes of the university students employment difficult, for the society, unit of choose and employ persons and school reputation, a negative effect. In view of this, this paper attempts to study the job-hopping behavior of recent college graduates, analyzes the reasons and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, with the further development of education reform, under the impetus of the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, Chinese higher education has realized the popularization rapidly, university students employment market is further from the seller to the buyer. Although it is not easy for college students to get a job, the phenomenon of job-hopping among college students is becoming more and more common.
