Article 2 this regulation is applicable to the management of the exterior decoration of buildings in the urban planning area of the city. Article 3 the term architectural exterior decoration as mentioned in the present provisions refers to the activities of modifying the exterior of the building and attaching all kinds of equipment and accessories to the outer wall. The term external wall mentioned in this regulation refers to pasting, painting or installing decorative materials on the exterior structure of the building. Article 4 the principle of safety, aesthetics, energy conservation and environmental protection should be followed in the decoration of the building walls. Article 5 the new energy-saving exterior wall system which USES the decorative surface and the wall body is integrated. The decoration standard and material selection of the exterior wall shall be in accordance with the nature, function, standard and environment of the building.
