The upper part mainly reflects the report of the basic construction unit (project). The second half mainly reflects the construction unit code, the nature, the classification and so on information. The construction unit (project) shall fill in the following requirements: 1. Unit name: refers to the full name of the construction unit that is responsible for the construction of the project 2. Head of the unit: refers to the head of the construction unit 3.
