四力模型解码培训师基因(Four force model decodes trainers genes)
Those who follow the trainers dream have the question: what kind of person can be a good trainer? What are the genes for a successful trainer? The term ldquo is expressed in terms of human resources. What is the competency model of trainers? ”
The line was introduced in 2004 the United States Training Certification Association (AACTP) international registered trainer program has captured the essence of mdash training work; — training the ability of “ the four force model of ” and has trained more than 2000 outstanding lecturers for China enterprise training industry.
AACTP trainers competency model is divided into two dimensions: from perceptual to rational, from the background to the front desk.
Good training is a combination of sensibility and reason, which is the most essential element for each trainer. “ one minute on the stage takes ten years ” the saying unequivocally demonstrates the close relationship between foreground and background. Therefore, the choice of these two dimensions as dimensions of competency model captures the essence of trainers competency.
The two dimension divides trainers competence into four areas: drive, logic, insight and affinity (see chart 1).
