天津海河教育园区 SECTION V Living in Tianjian Tianjin Haihe Education Park Tianjin Haihe Education Park is a national experimental zone for higher vacation education reform, as well as a demonstration area for research, development and innovation of high-end technology. Haihe Education Park has a planned area of 37 square kilometers, and is located on the south bank the Haihe River in the middle reaches between downtown Tianjin and Binhai New Area. demonstration:示范 Innovation:创新 High-end：高端的 reaches：河段 天津海河教育园区是一所国家高等教育改革场所，就像研究示范地区一样，发展和创新最高端的技术。海河教育园区计划占地37平方公里，坐落于天津城区和滨海新区海河中段的南岸。 The Haihe Education Park held its groundbreaking ceremony on June 29, 2009 .Upon completion ,the park is expected to house over 200 000 students ,20 vocational institutes as well as campuses of renowned universities such as Tianjin University and Nankai University. In addition ,a number of auxiliary facilities have been established and come into service, including a cultural center, sports center, public library, the International Exchange Center of Vocational Education (Haihe River Wenhua Hotel)and a Management Center. The second-phase project, the Higher Education Park, is under construction and will be put into use in 2013. New campuses of Nankai University, Tianjin Univercity and three vocational colleges are planned to be constructed, along with the headquarters of the Economic Zone and Transformation Zone of Scientific Research Projects. With a planned area of 12.8 square kilometers, the High New Thchnology Research Park will be constructed in the third phase and will e
