工作简报 纸色谱法测定彩色水笔油墨的色素组分 齐宗韶 (广州市医药学校 , 广州 5 10430) 摘 　要 : 应用纸色谱法分析了彩色水笔所用的不同颜色的油墨 ,主要对其中色素作了定性和定 量测定 。纸色谱分析中用由正丁醇 、乙醇及水以 10 比2 比 3 的比例混合的溶剂作为展开剂 ,根据 ( 色斑的比移值及其吸收峰值 ,经与对照品比较后对油墨中色素作出鉴别 。移取一定量油墨 约 ) ( ) 10 mg 作样品 ,溶于一定体积的水中 为 25 mL ,用双波长分光光度法及一阶导数分光光度法进 行定量测定 。应用此法对 323 W P10 及 326 W P10 型彩色水笔所用的不同颜色的油墨作分析 。 关键词 : 纸色谱法 ; 油墨 ; 彩色水笔 ; 色素分析 ; 双波长分光光度法 ; 一阶导数分光光度法 中图分类号 : O657 . 32 　　　文献标志码 : A 　　　文章编号 : 100 14020 (2009) Paper Chromatographic Determination of Pigments in Ink of Colour Pen QI Zongshao ( ) Guangz hou P ha rm aceutical S chool , Guangz hou 5 10430 , Chi na Abstract : Pap er chromato grap hy was applied to t he analy si s of colour p en ink of different color s u sed for colour p en s.
