Commodity Party A hereby authorized Party B with the right to solicit orders for the Electronic Paper Display from customers in the territory stipulated in Article 1. 3. 乙方（代理商）资质要求 Agent’s Qualification 3.1 乙方曾经跟著名3.2 品牌有过合作，3.3 乙方需提交一些相关合作案例给甲方核实； 3.4 乙方有货架广告和POP广告（Point of Purchase）经验，3.5 乙方需提交一些相关合作案例给甲方核实； 3.6 乙方有自己专门的设计部门 如果在有效期限内，甲方发现乙方提供的资质证明有虚假和刻意隐瞒成分，甲方有权无条件收回独家代理权 3.Agent’s (Party B’s)Qualification 3.1 Party B should have worked for some famous brands’ advertising projects and submit some cases for Party A’s verification; 3.2 Party B should have some experience on shelf display advertisements and POP ads (Point of Purchase) and submit some cases for Party A’s verification; 3.3 Party B should have independent designing department.
