急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血内镜介入治疗临床疗效观察【摘要】目的：为进一步观察了解临床中通过内窥镜介入治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血取得疗效和各相关因素之间的影响，以方便临床中制定合理的治疗方案。方法：选取我院在2009年1月～2011年1月收治的82例急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者，对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：比较各因素分组中患者的住院时间和输血量之间的差异表明注射止血组和钛夹止血组之间比较无显著性的统计学差异(P0.05)，其和钛夹结合注射组比较有显著性的统计学差异(P0.05)。结论：急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者的治疗中，结合内窥镜的介入治疗可以缩短患者的住院时间，减少患者术中的出血量，提高治疗效果，值得临床中推广应用。 【关键词】急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血；内窥镜；疗效观察 【Abstract】objective: to further understand the clinical observation by endoscope intervention in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding varices sex has curative effect and the relative factors and the influence of convenience between clinical rational treatment. Methods: the hospital in January 2009 to jan. 2011, of 82 cases of acute the varices sex upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients, the patients were retrospectively analysed. Results: the factors comparison in the group of patients in hospital and transfusion time the difference between injection group and titanium that stop bleeding between group compared with no significant statistical difference (P 0.05), its and titanium clamp injection group compared with significant statistical difference (P 0.05).
