攀枝花市大学生性教育\性行为\性观念调查研究【摘 要】 目的:总结大学生性教育的实践经验，了解大学生性观念状况及对性教育的需求。方法:采用问卷调查的方法，对攀枝花学院1920名选修性教育的学生进行性科学知识、性观念、性教育状况及对性教育的需求调查。结果:有效问卷1242份，大学生家庭(7.6%)、学校(13.3%)性教育严重不足，64.7％期待的性教育方式为开设性教育课。性教育内容依次为“性生理、避孕、生育”(74.5％)，“性法律、性伦理道德”(50.3％)和“性生活具体知识”(48.6％)，“性自慰、性病艾滋病”(30.8％)和“性心理、性变态、同性恋”(24.3％)。42.1％被调查者报告曾经有过性行为，其中10.1％不采取避孕措施。71.4％赞成恋爱，29.7％正在恋爱。63.2％认为校外同居是个人自由，双方愿意就行；27.4％认为不可以，应保持婚前贞节。50.7％认为同性恋正常，是性取向不同、但17％认为是变态行为。66.3％立即拒绝性骚扰、但4.4％高兴，自己能吸引别人的注意。结论:大学生的性观念正在发生变化，对性教育的需求较高，为保证大学生的健康成长，建议应加强大学生的性教育工作。 【关键词】 大学生； 性教育； 性行为； 性观念； 调查 A survey on the sex education, sexual behaviors and conception YU Fengbin?1, YANG Jing?2, WEI Xiaoqin?1, WANG Liping?2 1Panzhihua Medical College,Sichuan 617000, China 2Department of Politics Education, Panzhihua College, Sichuan 617000, China 【Abstract】 Objectives: To summarize the practical experience for college students sexual education, and to understand the sexual conception of college students and their need for sexual education. Methods: Questionnaires were used to investigate on the sexual knowledge, sexual conception, sexual education status and sexual education need of 1920 students who have chosen sexual education as their elective course in Panzhihua College. Results: There are altogether 1242 valid questionnaires. About 13.3% universities are seriously lack of sexual education, and 64.7% of the students expect the offer of sex education courses. About 42.1% survey subjects have reported to have sexual behaviors, and 10.1% not taking contraception measure. About 71.4% students agree with college love, and 29.7% of them are experiencing love. 63.2% of the students consider it a personal freedom to have cohabilitation, but 27.4% of them don’t accept it. Conclusion: College students have changed their sexual conception and have a high demand for sexual education.
