无缝隙连接在随团医疗保障中应用探究【摘要】目的:通过对随团医疗保障无缝隙连接模式的应用研究，探究该模式在确保随团医疗保障安全有序方面的效用。方法:选择2008年1月1日至2011年6月30日间，随团医疗保障无缝隙连接共218次随团应用资料。通过设计随团医疗保障预案、安排随团医护人员、准备随团药品器械、配置驻地医疗室和救护车、监测驻地食品卫生、设置医疗救援后续医院等相关模块，构建随团医疗保障无缝隙连接模式。结果:在218次随团医疗保障中实现无缝隙链接，其中制定医疗保障应急预案37例，食品卫生监测、药品、心电图机、抢救箱准备218次，派出救护车87辆，随团医疗保障巡诊1526次，健康咨询920次，血压检测1090次，血糖检测1029次，随团医疗保障疾病诊治1024次，随团医疗保障涉及各部门沟通4945次，补充药物和物品271次。结论:随团医疗保障无缝隙连接的实现，打破了传统管理方式，模糊各个部门分割的界限，使得随团医疗保障全程一体化，环环相扣，确保了医疗保障的安全有序。? 【关键词】随团医疗保障；无缝隙连接模式；应用研究 ApplicationResearchofSeamlessconnectionintheregimentmedicalsecurity?
