中国科技论文在线 日本SI 住宅的可持续设计方法研究—以 NEXT21 实验住宅为例看日本住宅的整体 生态转型 5 岳阳* （中国矿业大学力学与建筑工程学院，江苏 徐州 221116） 摘要：SI 住宅的概念最早由荷兰建筑师哈布瑞肯教授于 20 世纪 60 年代提出，后被日本引 进研究，将其发展为“两阶段供给模式”，这种模式被称为“日本型 SI 住宅”。随着 20 世纪70 年代世界能源危机的爆发，日本SI 住宅的研究开始侧重于住宅的长寿命化，以减少 10 资源和能源的浪费。日本 SI 住宅的研究是围绕着住宅骨架体长寿命化和填充体可变性两个 主题开展的。本文基于系统学理论对日本 SI 住宅的可持续设计方法进行分析，并结合日本 大阪煤气公司实验住宅NEXT2案例探讨日本住宅的整体生态转型趋势，以为我国的住宅产业 化发展提供借鉴。 关键词：日本；SI 住宅；可持续设计方法；生态转型 15 中图分类号：TU241.99 Sustainable Design Methods Study on Japanese SI housing- by study of the experimental housing NEXT21 probing into the holistic transformation of Japanese residential building 20 YUE Yang (school of mechanics and civil engineering, China university of mining and technology, JiangSu XuZhou 221116) Abstract: The first concept of SI housing was brought forward by Dutch architect N.J.Habraken in the 1960s. Throug introducing this theory, Japanese put forwad the two-stage supply model. This 25 model is called Japanese-type SI housing . With the outbreak of energy crisis in the 1970s, the research on SI housing in Japan began foucsing on residential long-life in order to reduce consumption of resources and energy. The research on SI housing in Japan centers on the long-life of the skeleton and the variability of the infill. Basing on system theory,the sustainable methods of SI housing in Japan are analysed.
