特殊教育季刊 民98年6月 第111期 第 18-25, 17頁 自閉症光譜障礙與注意力缺陷過動症 共病現象之探討 林迺超 臺北市立劍潭國小教師 摘 要 近年來，自閉症光譜障礙ASD擴大了古典自閉症的概念，也使得國內外需接受 特教服務的人數倍增二至四倍，因此更須加以留意和了解其身心特質和教育需求。 研究發現自閉症光譜障礙經常伴隨有注意力缺陷過動症的症狀，容易造成診斷和分 類的困難。此外，自閉症光譜障礙若伴隨注意力缺陷過動症時，需要更多詳細的評 估和介入方案。本文擬藉由探討ASD及ADHD行為症狀、執行功能和生理方面的共 病情形，提出對教育工作者的一些建議。 關鍵詞： 自閉症光譜障礙、注意力缺陷過動症、共病 The Review of Comorbidity of Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficient and Hyperactivity Disorder Nai-Chou Lin Teacher, Taipei Municipal Jian-Tan Elementary School Abstract In the recent years, the concepts of typical autistic disorder expanded by more discussion about the autistic spectrum disorder (ASD). Therefore, the population of receiving special education services was increased to two to four times. People should pay more attention on realizing ASDs’ characteristics and educational needs. In this reviewed articles, the author finds that the ASD is often reveled with symptoms of attention deficient and hyperactivity disorder, which cause challenges in diagnosis and classification. If ASD is revealed with ADHD, more indepth evaluations and intervention for individuals with disabilities are needed. This article intends to review the comorbidity of behavior symptoms, executive function, and biological condition between ASD and ADHD’s. Finally, advices to educational practices are provided.
