126例妊娠合并阴道假丝酵母菌病临床治疗研究【摘要】目的：探讨妊娠合并阴道假丝酵母菌病的最佳临床治疗方法。方法：将126例患外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的孕妇按感染轻重程度及治疗方案的不同分为轻症组和重症组，两组又分别分为A组和B组。轻症组和重症组中的A组均用5％碳酸氢钠溶液阴道擦洗或坐浴，B组均给予保妇康栓阴道用药，各用药7天，两周后回访，观察两组临床疗效及2周后阴道分泌物带菌情况。结果：轻症中A组和B组总有效率分别为96.67%和96.96%，差异无显著性（P＞0.05）；重症组中A组和B组总有效率分别为82.14%和97.14%，差异有显著性（P＜0.05）；2周后阴道分泌物带菌情况：轻症组的A组与B组、轻症组的A组与重症组的A组、重症组的A组与B组间比较差异有显著性（P＜0.05），轻症组的B组与重症组的B组间比较差异无显著性（P＞0.05）。结论：轻症妊娠合并阴道假丝酵母菌病用5％碳酸氢钠溶液阴道擦洗或坐浴效果较好，妊娠合并重症阴道假丝酵母菌病可先用5％碳酸氢钠溶液阴道擦洗或坐浴治疗，再给予保妇康栓治疗，效果满意，安全性高，是值得临床推广的治疗妊娠合并阴道假丝酵母菌病较好的方案。 【关键词】妊娠；阴道假丝酵母菌病；5％碳酸氢钠溶液；保妇康栓；疗效 126 cases of pregnant women with vaginal candidiasis in the clinical treatment of Huang Yin Peng Xiaoyu （1 MCH Shuangliu County, Sichuan 610200； 2 Shuangliu County, Sichuan Province, the Second People’s Hospital 610 213） 【Abstract】Objective To investigate the pregnancy with vaginal candidiasis in the best clinical treatment.
