低分子肝素钙联合川芎嗪注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床观察[摘要] 目的：对低分子肝素钙与川芎嗪注射液联合应用治疗急性脑梗死的疗效进行临床观察。方法：将63例急性脑梗死患者随机分成三组，治疗组予低分子肝素钙0.4 ml，每12小时腹部皮下注射1次，共用7 d；川芎嗪注射液0.1 g加入0.9%NaCl注射液200 ml中静脉滴注，1日1次，共14 d；设两组对照组，对照组1为低分子肝素钙0.4 ml，每12小时腹部皮下注射1次，共用7 d；对照组2为川芎嗪注射液0.1 g加入0.9%NaCl注射液200 ml中静脉滴注，1日1次，共14 d。分别观察三组治疗前后血液学改变及临床疗效。结果：经治疗，治疗组基本痊愈率为82.7%，显效率为93.1%；基本痊愈率及显效率均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗中未出现不良反应。结论：低分子肝素钙与川芎嗪注射液联合应用治疗急性脑梗死，其改善血液学及临床疗效方面明显优于两药单独应用，且安全有效。 [关键词] 低分子肝素钙；川芎嗪注射液；联合应用；急性脑梗死 [中图分类号] R743.33 [文献标识码]B [文章编号]1673-7210（2009）03（b）-067-０2 The clinical observation of treating acute cerebral infarction with Low-molecular-weight heparin calcium and Ligustrazine Injection WANG Yinglian, YANG Xuerui, JIANG Yuzhou (Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine Jiamusi College，Jiamusi154007, China) [Abstract] Objective: To observe the curative effect of treating acute cerebral infarction with Low-molecular-weight heparin calcium and Ligustrazine Injection． Methods: The 63 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into three groups.
