全麻前后留置导尿管对男性手术患者苏醒期躁动及循环影响[摘要]目的 观察全身麻醉男性手术患者麻醉前后留置导尿管对患者苏醒期躁动及循环的影响。方法 选择60例拟行全身麻醉成年男性手术患者，随机分成两组各30例，对照组（A组）全身麻醉诱导前按照常规操作插导尿管；观察组（B组）全身麻醉诱导后置导尿管。比较两组患者苏醒期血压、心率变化、躁动情况以及对尿管的耐受情况。结果 两组患者年龄、身高、体重一般资料无统计学差异（P ＞0.05）。两组患者手术前SBP、DBP、HR基础值相似，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。拔管时两组患者SBP、DBP、HR均较基础值明显升高（P＜0.01）；观察组SBP、DBP、HR于拔管后5min、10min均较术前基础值和对照组组同时间点增加，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对照组术后躁动的发生率明显低于观察组（P＜0.05）。对照组苏醒期躁动的发生率为46.7%，观察组为73.3%。结论 全麻男性患者麻醉诱导前留置尿管，麻醉苏醒期对尿管耐受性好，躁动少，减少并发症。 [关键词] 全身麻醉； 留置尿管； 躁动； 血压； 心率 [中图分类号] R472.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号]1673-9701（2011）24-124-03 The Effect of Indwelling Urinary Catheter before and after General Anesthesia on Restlessness and Haemodynamics on Recovery Time for Male Patients GUO Xin QIU Qiuying WAN Weilan Department of Anesthesiology， Huizhou Municipal Central Hospital in Guangdong Province，Huizhou 516001，China [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of indwelling urinary catheter before and after general anesthesia on restlessness and haemodynamics in the awaking stage of general anesthesia for male patients. Methods Sixty adult male patients prepared for general anesthesia were divided into 2 groups randomly， there were 30 cases in each group. The dwelling catheter was placed according to routine method before the inducement of general anesthesia in the control group （A group）， while urethral catheter was placed after the inducement of general anesthesia in the observation group （B group）.Compared blood pressure， heart rate， restlessness and tolerance to the dwelling urinary catheter between the two groups.
