原络通经针法治疗轻度认知障碍临床观察文章编号：0255-2930(2007)11-0810-03 中图分类号：R 246.1文献标识码：A临床研究 [摘 要] 目的：观察原络通经针法治疗轻度认知障碍的临床疗效，寻找中医治疗轻度认知障碍的有效方法。方法：将60例患者随机分为针刺组(30例)与药物组(30例)。针刺组采用原络通经针法针刺治疗，穴取百会、膻中、关元、神门等，药物组采用口服小剂量盐酸多奈哌齐(安理申2.5 mg)。观察治疗前后2组临床记忆量表各项指标积分及记忆商(MQ)的变化情况，并用MQ增值情况判断临床疗效。结果：治疗30天后针刺组的记忆商、指向记忆、图像自由回忆、无意义图形再认及人像特点联系回忆的记忆分值均较治疗前明显提高(P0.05)，其余各项均较治疗前明显提高(P0.05)。针刺组记忆疗效优良率为80.0%，药物组为76.7%，2组记忆疗效比较差异无显著性意义(P0.05)。结论：原络通经针法可以改善轻度认知障碍患者的记忆功能。 [主题词] 谵妄，痴呆，遗忘，认识障碍/针灸疗法；通络；记忆/针灸效应；@原络通经针法 Clinical observation on Yuanluo Tongjing needling method for treatment of mild cognitive impairment SUN Yuan-zheng?1，ZHU Peng-yu?1，ZHANG Miao?1，ZHANG Yan?2 (1. The First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University) ABSTRACT Objective To observe therapeutic effect of Yuanluo Tongjing needling method for treatment of mild cognitive impairment and search for an effective therapy of TCM for mild cognitive impairment. Methods Sixty cases were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group，30 cases in each group. The observation group were treated by Yuanluo Tongjing needling method with Baihui (GV 20)，Danzhong (CV 17)，Guanyuan (CV 4) ，Shenmen (HT 7)，etc. selected，and the control group by oral administration of Aricept，2.5 mg. Changes of scores of all indexes in clinical memory scale and memory quotient (MQ) before and after treatment were investigated in the two groups，and clinical therapeutic effects were assessed by using MQ increasing values. Results After treatment for 30 days，the scores of memory quotient，direction memory，picture free memory，re-cognition of no-significant picture forms and associated memory of human picture characteristics significantly increased (P0.05). The good rate for memory effect was 80.0% in the observation group and 76.7% in the control group with no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05).
