后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术护理【摘要】目的：探讨后腹腔镜治疗肾囊肿的护理方法及手术中的护理配合。方法：对58例肾囊肿经后腹腔镜手术治疗的患者，在围手术期，采用整体护理，给予全面系统的护理。结果：本组58例全部手术成功，无中转开放性手术，手术时间45～136分钟，平均65分钟，术中出血10～70 ml，平均40 ml。术后24～48小时拔除引流管，无合并出血，感染等并发症。全部患者5～7天出院，平均住院时间5.5天。结论：后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗肾囊肿具有创伤小，出血少，患者效果良好等。实践说明肾囊肿去顶减压术的手术取得成功的重要因素之一是手术护士具备专业的护理技能和娴熟的手术配合。 【关键词】肾囊肿；护理配合；腹腔镜 文章编号：1009-5519（2008）01-0030-02 中图分类号：R47 文献标识码：A Nursing study of retroperitoneal laparoscopic cyst decortication AN Rong （Department of Anesthesiology，The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University，Chongqing 400016，China） 【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the nursing method,feasibility and nursing matching feature in retroperitoneal laparoscopic cyst decortication.Methods：58 patients with renal cyst undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic cyst decortication were performed with overall nursing for whole systemic nursing in perioperative period.Results：All operations were successfully finished and none of them was referred for the open operation；the mean time of operation was 65 minutes ranging from 45 to 136 minutes；the mean hemorrhage in operation was 40 ml ranging from 10 to 70 ml；the drainage tube was uprooted after 24~48 hours of operaton.The complications such as hemorrhage，infection etc.were not found.The hospitalization time ranged from 5 to 7 days with an average of 5.5 days.Conclusion：Retroperitoneal laparoscopic cyst decortication for renal cyst has the following features，such as little trauma，few hemorrhage，good effect etc.The professional nursing skill and refined matching for operating nurse are the important factors. 【Key words】Renal cyst；Nursing matching；Laparoscope 肾囊肿是常见的肾脏疾病，以前多采用囊肿去顶术 经皮穿刺术和注入硬化剂等方法，近年来由于腹腔镜手术的迅速发展，经腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术逐步成熟，目前认为腹腔镜是治疗肾囊肿的最佳手术方法之一[1]。我院从2004年12月~2007年9月应用腹腔镜行肾囊肿去顶术116例。取得良好的效果，现将术中配合及护理体会报道如下。 1 临床资料 本组116例患者中男62例，女54例，年龄34~68岁，平均56岁，无症状体检发现15例，囊肿位于左肾51例，右肾65例，位于肾上极48例，中部26例，下极32例。肾盂旁10例。其中单侧多发性肾囊肿26例。囊肿的直径25~135 mm，平均为62.3 mm。 2 手术方法 患者全麻气管插管麻醉。健侧卧位，患侧向上90度，于健侧腰部垫一软
