国产OMOM胶囊内镜对消化道疾病诊断128例研究[摘要] 目的 探讨国产OMOM胶囊内镜在消化道，特别是小肠疾病中的诊断价值。方法 对128例OMOM胶囊内镜检查患者的临床资料进行分析。 结果 128例受检者阳性检出率77.34%（99/128），其中小肠疾病占60例，小肠外疾病39例。胶囊内镜检查时间平均为473min，食管内通过时间平均为96s，胃内通过时间平均为52min，小肠内通过时间平均为249min。在检查记录有效期内胶囊内镜通过回盲瓣进入结肠内117例，11例发生胶囊滞留，其中1例糖尿病患者胶囊滞留于胃内，2例胶囊滞留于小肠内肿瘤造成的肠腔狭窄处近端，经手术取出，8例由于肠蠕动减弱胶囊滞留于小肠内。126例胶囊在检查结束后3d内均顺利排出体外。结论 国产OMOM胶囊内镜操作简单、安全有效、无痛苦，对小肠疾病检出率高，尤其适用于不明原因消化道出血的患者。 [关键词] 胶囊内镜；小肠疾病；不明原因消化道出血 [中图分类号] R57 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）24-115-03 Domestic OMOM Capsule Endoscopy in the Diagnosis of Gastrointestinal Disease：Analysis of 128 Cases ZHANG Xiaotian1 ZHAO Lijie2 1.Department of Endoscopy，Tongliao City Railway Hospital，Tongliao 028000，China；2.Tongliao City Hospital，Tongliao 028000，China [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the efficacy of OMOM capsule endoscopy in the digestive tract， especially in the diagnosis of small bowel diseases.
