国产及进口鲑鱼降钙素治疗PMOP疗效及经济比较[摘要] 目的 比较国产与进口鲑鱼降钙素治疗绝经后骨质疏松症（postmenopausal osteoporosis，PMOP）的疗效及经济。方法 60例PMOP患者分成观察组和对照组。对照组：进口鲑鱼降钙素注射液+维生素D钙咀嚼片；观察组：国产鲑鱼降钙素注射液+维生素D钙咀嚼片。结果 对照组显效率60.00%、有效率30.00%、无效率10.00%，与观察组显效率56.67%、有效率36.67%、无效率6.67%比较，差异均无显著性（P＞0.05）；治疗前与治疗后两组患者骨密度比较，差异无显著性（P＞0.05）；两组不良反应发生率差异无显著性（P＞0.05）。国产鲑鱼降钙素注射液价格要明显低于进口鲑鱼降钙素注射液。结论 国产鲑鱼降钙素注射液联合维生素D钙咀嚼片治疗PMOP患者疗效可靠、安全，而且经济实惠，值得临床应用推广。 [关键词] 绝经后骨质疏松症；鲑鱼降钙素；国产；进口；维生素D钙咀嚼片 [中图分类号] R580 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）24-91-02 Curative Effect and Economic Comparison between Domestic and Import Salmon Calcitonin in Treatment of PMOP HU Jingyan Endocrine Division of Yinzhou People’s Hospital，Ningbo 315040，China [Abstract] Objective To compare the curative effect and economic between Domestic and Import salmon calcitonin treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis（PMOP）. Methods All 60 cases of PMOP divided into observation group and control group. Control group：Import salmon calcitonin+calcium supplement with Vitamin D chewable tablets；Observation Group：Domestic salmon calcitonin+ calcium supplement with Vitamin D chewable tablets. Results The control group：significant efficiency，efficient，inefficient were 60.00%，30.00%，10.00%， respectively；The observation group：significant efficiency，efficient，inefficient were 56.67%，36.67%，6.67%，respectively. There was no significant difference between two groups（P＞0.05）. Before treatment and therapy compared with after treatment，there was no significance difference in BMD between two groups（P＞0.05）. Adverse reaction rate of two groups was no significant difference（P＞0.05）. Domestic salmon calcitonin injection price was cheaper than imported salmon calcitonin injection. Conclusion Domestic salmon calcitonin and calcium supplement with Vitamin D chewable tablets treatment of PMOP is good efficacy，fewer adverse reactions，affordable.
