多元化教学模式在医学遗传学实验教学中探索及应用[摘要] 目的 探讨多元化教学模式在医学遗传学实验教学中的教学效果和可行性。方法 选取2008级和2009级22个班级的学生，设实验组和对照组；对照组采用讲授式教学法，实验组采用多元化教学手段。结果 学生制备染色体实验结果显示，实验组成功率明显高于对照组；考核成绩结果显示，实验组获得良好及以上成绩的小组显著高于对照组（P＜0.01）；调查问卷的结果显示，除了显著提高诊断染色体病的准确率的比率低于50%外，其余项目显著提高的比率占67.3%～86.7%。结论 多元化教学模式对提高医学遗传学的教学质量和学生的综合素质具有积极意义。 [关键词] 多元化教学模式；医学遗传学；实验教学 [中图分类号] R394.4 [文献标识码] B [文章编号]1673-9701（2011） 22-150-02 The Exploration and Application of Diversified Teaching Mode in Experimental Teaching of Medical Genetics LIU Dan ZHENG Lihong Department of Genetic，Qiqihar Medical College，Qiqihar 161006，China [Abstract] Objective To explore the teaching effect and feasibility of the application of diversified teaching mode in experimental teaching of medical genetics. Methods Undergraduates from 22 classes of grade 2008 and 2009 were selected and divided into experiment group and control group. In the control group， lecture-style method was adopted， while in the experiment group， diversified teaching method was adopted. Results Results show that in the experiment of chromosome specimens preparation， success rate of the experiment group is obviously higher than that of the control group； also， testing results show that sub-groups with grade B or better grades are obviously more in the experiment group than in the control group （P＜0.01）； the questionnaire results show that， rates of all the items which have been improved significantly is between 67.3% ~ 86.7%， except the accuracy rate of diagnosing chromosomal disorder， which is under 50%. Conclusion The application of diversified teaching mode has a positive significance to strengthen the monitoring of experimental course， to improve the teaching quality of medical genetics and the overall quality of students. [Key words] Diversified teaching mode； Medical genetics； Experiment teaching 随着人们生活环境的日益恶化，染色体病和出生缺陷等遗传性疾病的发病率也在稳步提高，所以对于一名医学生来说，掌握医学遗传学知识和相关实验室检测技术至关重要。因此，我们在医学遗传学实验教学中，进行多元化教学模式的改革，根据具体实验内容应用分步式教学法、PBL和病例讨论等方法组合应用于实验课程的讲授，取得了良好的效果。
