奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死临床观察[摘要] 目的 观察奥扎格雷钠注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 选择发病72h内急性脑梗死200例，以4除患者姓名总笔划数，按余数1、2、3及0随机分为A、B、C、D四组。D组予常规治疗；C组在D组的基础上加用依达拉奉静滴；B组在D组的基础上加奥扎格雷钠静滴；A组在D组的基础上加奥扎格雷钠及依达拉奉静滴。14d为1个疗程。四组治疗前后都予CCS及BI评分。结果 四组病例CCS、BI都有不同程度改善。其中A组改善程度较B、C组好 （P＜0.05），B、C组改善程度分别又比D组好（P＜0.05）。从疗效来看，四组治疗效果有明显差别，A组治疗效果最好 （P＜0.01）。结论 奥扎格雷钠或依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死效果好，而两者早期合用比单用奥扎格雷钠或依达拉奉治疗效果更好。 [关键词]奥扎格雷钠；依达拉奉；急性脑梗死 [中图分类号] R743.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号]1673-9701（2011）24-83-02 Clinical Observation of the Efficacy of Ozagerl Sodium Combined with Edaravone in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction GUO Guangfeng Dafeng Hospital of Chaoyang District in Shantou City， Shantou 515154， China [Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ozagerl sodium combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Chose 200 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction occurred within 72 hours，and divided the numbers of strokes of the patients names by 4. Then in accordance with the remainders，which may be 1，2，3 and 0，assign the patients into 4 groups， namely A， B， C and D. Conventional treatment for group D；In addition to the conventional treatment，intravenous infusion of edaravone was applied to group C，intravenous infusion of ozagerl sodium was applied to group B，and combined intravenous infusion of edaravone and ozagerl sodium was applied to Group A. A course of treatment lasted for 14 days. All conditions of the four groups were scored by CCS and BI before and after treatment. Results According to CCS and BI，all groups had made improvements in varying degrees. Group A made a better improvement than B and C （P＜0.05），while B and C made better improvements than D respectively （P＜0.05）. From the efficacy perspective，there was significant difference among the efficacies of four groups and efficacy of group A was the best（P＜0.01）. Conclusion Ozagrel sodium or edaravone has a good effect for acute ischemic stroke，while early combination of the two is better than each alo
