奥拉西坦联合尼莫地平治疗血管性痴呆疗效观察.doc

奥拉西坦联合尼莫地平治疗血管性痴呆疗效观察[摘要] 目的 探讨奥拉西坦联合尼莫地平治疗血管性痴呆（VD）的疗效及临床意义。方法 将2008年1月～2010年1月我科收治的80例血管性痴呆患者作为观察对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各40例，两组均给予抗血小板、改善脑循环、应用脑保护剂等常规基础治疗。观察组同时给予奥拉西坦注射液4.0g加入生理盐水250mL静滴，1次/d，连用3周。尼莫地平片40mg/次口服，3次/d，连用3周。3周后比较两组的疗效及MMSE评分。结果 观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。与治疗前比较，两组的MMSE评分均较治疗前明显增加，差异有显著性（P＜0.05）；治疗后与对照组相比，观察组的MMSE评分增加明显高于对照组，差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论 奥拉西坦联合尼莫地平治疗血管性痴呆患者有良好的治疗效果，且安全性好，能明显改善患者的脑功能，值得临床推广。 [关键词] 血管性痴呆；奥拉西坦；尼莫地平；MMSE评分 [中图分类号] R749.13 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）35-58-02 Efficacy of Oxiracetam Combined with Nimodipine in Treatment of Vascular Dementia ZUO Bangqi1 JIANG Chungui2 1.Department of Neurology，Gongqingcheng People’s Hospital in Jiangxi Province，Jiujiang 332020，China； 2.Department of Pharmacy，Gongqingcheng People’s Hospital in Jiangxi Province，Jiujiang 332020，China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy and clinical significance of oxiracetam combined with nimodipine in treatment of vascular dementia（VD）. Methods All 80 patients with VD were randomly divided into two groups，each group 40 patients. Observation group was given the injection oxiracetam 4.0g+250mL normal saline infusion，once a day，for 3 weeks. Nimodipine tablets 40mg/times，3 times a day orally，once every 3 weeks. Compared the effect and MMSE score after treatment 3 weeks. Results The total effective of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group，and the difference was significant（P＜0.05）. Compared with before treatment，two groups MMSE score was significantly increased，and the difference was significant（P＜0.05）.
