护肝片防治抗结核药物肝损害疗效观察【摘要】 目的：研究护肝片防治抗结核药物肝损伤方面的特点，观察疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院06年-08年两年入选观察病例130例，按登记序号随机分为治疗组66例，观察组64例。两组病例均采用“2HRZE（S）/4HR”方案抗结核治疗，治疗组66例，全疗程加服护肝片；对照组64例，全疗程加服葡醛内脂片。结果 治疗组出现肝损害ALT增高4例（6.06%），HBsAg阳性患者有肝损害者3例（4.55%）；对照组出现肝损害 ALT增高25例（39.06%），HBsAg阳性患者有肝损害者12例（18.75%）。两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.01）。HBsAg阳性患者在抗结核治疗中肝功能更容易受损害。结论 护肝片在防治抗结核药物所致肝损害中可以起到积极有效的作用，特别是对 HBsAg阳性的结核病患者具有显著疗效，值得推广。 【关键词】 结核； 肺； 护肝片； 药物毒性 Liver TB drugs tablets in preventing liver injury in neonates Yang Xuewen （Dali, Yunnan Province People’s Hospital 671000） 【Abstract】Objective Liver tablets in preventing liver injury in terms of anti-TB drugs characteristic effects were observed.
