[关键词] 新生儿;缺氧缺血性脑病;血糖分析;血糖监测 [中图分类号] R722.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701(2012)03-0061-03 Clinical analysis of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and blood glucose XIANG Caixia Department of Pediatrics, Zhejiang Province Shengzhou City People’s Hospital, Shengzhou 312400, China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the the relationship between the hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and the blood glucose level, to provide reference for clinical work. Methods Observed the blood glucose level and HIE severity correlated, in normal newborns as control group, compared the differences in the degree of children with HIE blood glucose levels and glucose abnormalities than average. Results HIE patients blood glucose level was significantly higher than the control group, and there were statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Children with severe HIE group mean blood glucose and mild, moderate in HIE group were compared, and there was statistical significance (P < 0.05). Severe HIE with abnormal blood glucose was significantly higher than that in mild, moderate HIE groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion When given the clinical rescue of HIE children, attention should be paid to observe changes in glucose levels, and in accordance with blood glucose values take various kinds of measures, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of sequelae.
