早期乳腺癌60例临床研究[摘要] 目的：探讨保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法：选取本院2006年7月～2007年8月收治的120例早期乳腺癌患者的临床资料，随机分为治疗组（60例）和对照组（60例），治疗组患者采用保乳手术治疗，对照组患者采用改良根治术手术治疗，术后随访3年，比较两组患者的术后复发率和生存率。结果：治疗组患者生存59例，占98.33%，对照组患者生存58例，占96.67%，两组患者生存率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗组复发2例，占3.33%，对照组1例，占1.67%，两组患者复发率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：早期乳腺癌患者行保乳手术治疗，术后给予放疗、化疗、内分泌治疗等综合治疗，和改良根治手术疗效相似，患者痛苦小，术后恢复快，值得在临床推广。 [关键词] 早期乳腺癌；手术治疗；术后并发症；保乳；临床疗效 [中图分类号] R737.9 [文献标识码]A[文章编号]1674-4721（2011）03（c）-024-02 Clinical analysis of 60 cases of early breast cancer WEN Jinghong Maternity and Child Health Hospital of the Xiangxiang City, Hunan Province, Xiangxiang 411400, China [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer patients. Methods: The hospital in July 2006 to August 2007, 120 patients admitted to the clinical data of patients with early breast cancer were randomly divided into treatment group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases), treatment group were treated with breast-conserving surgery treatment, the control group were treated with modified radical mastectomy surgery, patients were followed up for three years, two groups were compared recurrence rate and survival rate. Results: The survival of patients 59 cases, accounting for 98.33%, survival of patients in control group 58 cases, accounting for 96.67%, difference in survival rate between the two groups were not statistically significant (P0.05). 2 cases of recurrence of the treatment group, accounting for 3.33%, control group 1 cases, accounting for 1.67%, compared two groups of patients relapse rate was no significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion: Patients with early breast cancer breast-conserving surgery and postoperative given radiotherapy, chemotherapy, endocrine therapy combined therapy, and modified radical surgery similar to the little pain and quick recovery, it is in the clinic.
