昂丹司琼不同时间及不同剂量给药预防妇科腹腔镜手术术后恶心呕吐疗效研究[摘要] 目的 探讨给于妇科腹腔镜手术患者不同时间和不同剂量的昂丹司琼对术后恶心呕吐的预防作用。方法 152例妇科腹腔镜手术患者随机分为A、B、C三个给药组和空白对照组，给药组各组给于昂丹司琼时间及剂量分别为麻醉诱导前给予8mg、结束时8mg、麻醉诱导前4mg。结果 与对照组比较，A组、B组、C组的术后恶心发生率明显较低，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），A组与B组、A组与C组比较术后恶心呕吐发生率差异无著性（P＞0.05）。结论 对于妇科腹腔镜手术患者不同时间和不同剂量给予昂丹司琼均能有效预防恶心呕吐的发生，麻醉诱导前与结束时给药、药量8mg与4mg给药差异较小。 [关键词] 恶心呕吐；腹腔镜手术；昂丹司琼 [中图分类号] R713[文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）27-25-02 A Clinical Analysis on Ondansetron with Different Dose and Time for Preventing Nausea and Vomiting after Gynaecological Laparoscopy Operation LIANG Chao Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics,the Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou University，Hangzhou 310015，China [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of ondansetron with different dose and different time for preventing nausea and vomiting after gynaecological laparoscopy operation. Methods All 152 cases with scheduled for gynaecological laparoscopy operation were randomly divided into group A，group B，group C and control group. Group A were given ondansetron for 8mg before induction，group B with 8mg at the end，group C with 4mg before induction. Results Compared with control group，PONV rate in group A，group B and group C were lower，there were significant difference（P＜0.05），and there were no significant difference in PONV rate between group A and group B，group A and group C（P＞0.05）. Conclusion It is effective to give ondansetron with different dose and time to preventing nausea and vomiting after gynaecological laparoscopy operation，and there are little differences between different time of before induction and at the end，different dose of 8mg and 4mg. [Key words] Nausea and vomiting；Gynaecological laparoscopy operation；Ondansetron 近年来，妇科腹腔镜手术在临床广泛开展，其具有术后恢复快、手术瘢痕小的优点，但与非腹腔镜手术比较，患者在妇科腹腔镜手术术后恶心呕吐（PONV）等不良反应较多，此不良反应严重影响患者术后恢复期的满意度，使患者手术后承受的痛苦严重增加[1]。现在，临床上关于如何有效预防妇科腹腔镜手术术后恶心呕吐受到广泛关注。昂丹司琼于1984年首次应用于人体，很多研究表明其能够有效预防患者手术后恶心呕吐。本研究选取来我院就诊的妇科腹腔镜手术患者152例，并以不同时间及不同剂量给予昂丹司琼，以观察时间及剂量对其预防妇科腹腔镜手术恶心呕吐的影响，为临床提供有价值的参考依据
