温岭地区育龄女性泌尿生殖道感染及相关因素调查[摘要] 目的 调查温岭地区育龄女性泌尿生殖道感染情况及相关因素。 方法 选择9 648例泌尿生殖道感染育龄女性为观察组，1 262例正常体检育龄女性为对照组，分析育龄女性泌尿生殖道感染情况及相关因素。 结果 育龄女性泌尿生殖道感染率呈上升趋势。其中细菌性感染占34.32%，念珠菌感染占27.67%，支原体感染占8.01%，年龄、职业、人口流动、婚姻状况、人流史、文化程度与泌尿生殖道感染有关，非条件Logistic回归分析结果显示，非公职人员、已婚、人流史及文化程度偏低是育龄女性泌尿生殖道感染的独立危险因素。 结论 加强泌尿生殖道感染相关知识的普及、注重个人卫生、杜绝高危性行为对控制泌尿生殖道感染有重要的临床意义。 [关键词] 泌尿生殖道感染；育龄女性；相关因素 [中图分类号] R711.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2012）06-0010-02 Studies on status and effect factors of urogenital tract infection of women with reproductive age in Wenling region CHEN Wei Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics, Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Wenling City in Zhejiang Province, Wenling 317500, China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the status and effect factors of urogenital tract infection of women in reproductive age in Wenling region. Methods All of 9 648 cases with female genitourinary tract infection in reproductive age were selected as observation group, and 1 262 cases of healthy women of reproductive age were selected as control group, related factors and status of genitourinary tract infection were analyzed in women with reproductive age. Results Overall infection rates were rising trend year by year in women with reproductive age, bacterial infection was 34.32%, candida infection was 27.67%, mycoplasma infections was 8.01%. Age, occupation, population mobility, marriage, abortion history, culture and personal health condition were the correlation factors of urogenitaltractin fection of women in reproductive age; unconditioned Logistic regression analysis showed that non official, married, artificial abortion were independent risk factors of urogenitaltractin fection of women in reproductive age. Conclusion Strengthening the genitourinary tract infection related knowledge, paying attention to personal hygiene preventing and high-risk sexual behavior to control urinary and reproductive tract infections are of important clinical significance.
