腹股沟疝手术后复发治疗研究【摘要】目的 探讨腹股沟疝手术后复发的治疗方法，提高临床治疗水平。方法 回顾性分析我院自2005年3月~2007年8月收治的78例腹股沟疝术后复发患者的临床资料，总结临床治疗方法，观察治疗效果。结果 本组78例患者手术均获成功，成功率为100%，手术时间为35~120min，平均手术时间为65min，所有病例均达到一期愈合，其中13例患者术后发生阴囊水肿，经妥善处理后消退。本组患者术后住院时间2~7d，平均3.6d，术后无切口感染及其他并发症发生。对所有患者随访18个月，1例患者复发，复发率为1.3%，系过度劳累引起，其他患者均无不适感。结论 采用疝环充填式修补法治疗腹股沟疝手术后复发效果较为理想，值得临床推广使用。 【关键词】腹股沟疝 复发 外科手术 中图分类号：R656.2文献标识码：A文章编号：1005-0515（2011）2-023-02 Inguinal hernia surgery in the treatment of relapse after LI ChunZENG Feifa HUANG Sen 【Abstract 】Objective To evaluate recurrence after inguinal hernia surgery treatment to improve the level of clinical treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from March 2005 ~ August 2007 78 patients with recurrent inguinal hernia in patients with clinical data, clinical summary, we observed the therapeutic effect. Conclusion The hernia ring filling treatment of inguinal hernia repair recurrence after surgery is more satisfactory results, is worthy of clinical use. 【Key words】inguinal hernia recurrence surgical opelation 腹股沟疝修补术后的复发是这一手术最常见的并发症之一。自Bassini以来，有关疝修补术式经历了100多年的演变，迄今，尚无哪一术式或某一专家可以做到无术后复发病例。因此，疝修补术后的复发仍然是当今外科尚未解决的课题，对外科医生而言仍具有挑战性。有关疝术后的复发率，据有关报道[1]，斜疝为1.1％~20.7％；直疝为3.5％~20.9％：股疝为1％~31.3％。对已复发的患者，应高度重视，采取合理的治疗方法，最大限度的减少术后的再复发。本文就我院近年来收治的78例腹股沟疝手术后复发患者的治疗经验做出相关分析，报告如下： 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 回顾性分析我院自2005年3月~2007年8月收治的78例腹股沟疝术后复发患者的临床资料，所有患者均为男性，年龄38~79岁，平均61.3岁；其中单侧复发75例（左侧复发49例，右侧复发26例），双侧复发3例；首次手术术式中Furguson手术49
