舒适护理在准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术中应用[摘要] 目的 探讨舒适护理在准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（LASIK）矫治近视患者中的运用，以使患者安全、舒适地接受手术。 方法 分析LASIK治疗的近视患者572例，其中301例（590眼）为对照组（A组），271 例（531眼）为实验组（B组）。A组给予常规护理，B组给予舒适护理。观察2组患者术后视力和并发症情况，比较患者焦虑紧张心理状况、术后舒适度及对医护人员的满意度。 结果 患者术后视力5.0以上者实验组高于对照组，术后干眼等并发症低于对照组，同时焦虑、紧张等状况低于对照组，舒适度高于对照组，对医护人员和手术的满意度亦高于对照组，各项指标经统计学处理均显示有差异存在。 结论 舒适护理模式在LASIK矫治近视中的应用，有助于提高术后视力，减少手术并发症，增强患者手术信心，提高手术舒适度和满意度。 [关键词] 舒适护理；近视眼；准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 [中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2012）03-0116-03 Comfort care for myopic patients treated by Laser in situ keratomileusis FANG Yan1 ZHAO Chunjuan2 FEI Anyu1 1.Center of Ophthalmology, Zhejiang Province Taizhou Hospital, Linhai 317000, China; 2. Methods All of 1 121 eyes(572 cases) on which LASIK were performed, were divided into two groups: first group(group A, 301 cases 590eyes) as control group, conventional care; Second group(group B, 271 cases 531eyes) as experimental group, comfort care. There was lower incidence in dry eye postoperatively in the experimental than those of the control group. There was lower incidence in the patient’s anxiety, tension in the experimental than those of the control group. There was far higher satisfaction for medical workers and operation in the experimental than those in the control group. There was significant difference in each index between two groups.
