血糖管理对改善妊娠期糖尿病孕妇妊娠结局影响[摘要] 目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖管理对改善妊娠结局和减少围生儿并发症的影响。方法 选取3年来我科住院72例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇，按血糖管理程度分为达标组和对照组各36例。分析两组孕产妇妊娠结局和围生儿并发症方面的差异。结果 经临床血糖管理后，达标组的妊娠期高血压疾病、胎膜早破及产后感染以及巨大儿、早产儿、新生儿窒息发生率均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 加强妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的血糖管理，及时诊断和治疗，促使血糖达标，可以有效改善妊娠结局，降低围生儿并发症的发生率。 [关键词] 妊娠期糖尿病；血糖管理；妊娠结局；并发症 [中图分类号] R714 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）26-129-02 The Effect of Plasma Glucose Management on Improvement the Pregnant Outcomes of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus LI Xin SUN Jie GUO Xinhui WANG Qin Department of Obstetrics，Ningbo Mingzhou Hospital，Zhejiang Province，Ningbo 315000，China [Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of plasma glucose management on improvement the pregnant outcomes of gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM） and reducing complication of perineal infants. Methods According to the level of plasma glucose management after treatment，we classified 72 cases pregnant women with GDM into two groups， standard group（plasma glucose level up to the standard） and control group（plasma glucose level not up to the standard），each group involved 36 patients. The differences of the pregnant outcomes of gravidas and complications of perineal infants were compared between two groups. Results After plasma glucose management，the morbidity of PIH，premature rupture of fetal membrane，postpartum infections，macrosomia，premature delivery and neonatal asphyxia in standard group were lower than those in control group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Enhancement plasma glucose management of pregnant women with GDM can diagnose and treat GDM in timely，make the plasma glucose up to the standard，improve the pregnant outcomes of GDM and reduce complication of perineal infants.
