血脂康胶囊治疗老年脑梗死伴高血脂患者疗效观察[摘要] 目的 观察血脂康胶囊对老年脑梗死伴高血脂患者的疗效及再发的干预效果。方法 120例老年脑梗死患者分为观察组和对照组各60例，两组均给予溶栓、抗凝、扩血管、营养脑细胞等治疗，其中观察组在常规治疗基础上给予血脂康胶囊每次2粒，每日2次，连用8周。治疗前后比较两组疗效以及两组血总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）和高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）的变化情况。结果 观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组TC、TG、LDL-C均比治疗前及对照组明显降低（P＜0.05）。随访6个月，其中观察组脑梗死再发率仅5%，明显低于对照组的再发率（13.3%）（P＜0.05）。结论 血脂康胶囊对老年脑梗死伴高血脂患者的疗效确切，能明显降低患者的血脂水平，且降低再发梗死率，值得临床推广和应用。 [关键词] 老年脑梗死；高血脂；血脂康胶囊；再发脑梗死 [中图分类号] R743.33 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）26-93-02 The Efficacy of Xuezhikang Capsules on Cerebral Infarction in the Elderly Patients with High Cholesterol ZHENG Yihong Department of Healthcare， the First People’s Hospital of Wenling City， Wenling 317500， China [Abstract] Objective To observe the efficacy of Xuezhikang capsules on cerebral infarction in the elderly patients with high cholesterol and the intervention of recurrent cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of elderly stroke patients selected were divided into control group （60 cases） and observation group （60 cases）. Both groups were given thrombolysis， anticoagulation， vasodilators， nutrition therapy of brain cells， and observation group based on the conventional treatment was given Xuezhikang 2 tablets， 2 times per day qd for 8 weeks. Effects and serum total TC， TG， LDL-C and HDL-C changes of both groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher （P＜0.05）. The total TC， TG， HDL-C in observation group was significantly lower than those before treatment and control group （P＜0.05）. During six-month follow-up after treatment， the recurrence of cerebral infarction in observation group was significantly lower （5%） than that in control group （13.3%） （P＜0.05）. Conclusion Xuezhikang is effective and applicable in treating cerebral infarction in elderly patients with high cholesterol， significantly reducing blood lipid levels and recurrence of infarction which is worth of applying and recom
