规范化健康教育在神经内科护理中应用[摘要] 目的 探讨规范化健康教育在神经内科护理中的应用效果。 方法 纳入神经内科216例住院患者，随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用神经内科常规护理方法，观察组采用加强性规范化健康教育的护理措施。比较两组患者对疾病掌握程度、满意度，应用生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）进行生活质量测定。 结果 两组患者物质生活状态项目评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05），其余各维度及总评分比较，差异具有高度统计学意义（P ＜ 0.01）；观察组患者对疾病掌握程度及满意度均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。 结论 在神经内科护理工作中加强规范化健康教育可以有效加强患者的躯体功能，提高生活质量，对患者健康起到较好的促进作用。 [关键词] 规范化；健康教育；神经内科；临床应用；护理 [中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2012）06-0129-02 Application of standard health education in nursing of neurology WANG Yongjuan Department of Neurology, the First People’s Hospital of Tongxiang City in Zhejiang Province, Tongxiang 314500, China [Abstract] Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of standard health education in nursing of neurology. Methods Two hundred and sixteen cases were randomly divided into observe group and control group. The control group were treated with conventional nursing methods of neurology, and the observe group were treated with enhanced standard health education of nursing methods. The mastered degree diseases and satisfaction were compare between two groups, and living quality was measured by GQOLI-74. Results Two groups in material life item showed no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05), and other dimensionalities and total score showed significant difference (P ＜ 0.01); The degree of satisfaction and control of disease in the observe group were better than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Standard health education in nerves medical care can effectively strengthen the patient’s body, the quality of life, and can improve the health. [Key word] Standard; Health education; Nerves medical; Clinical application; Care 对神经内科患者开展规范化健康教育、增加患者及其家属防病治病的医学知识、提高自身的健康水平和生活质量是转变护理模式的重要内容。我科从2009年1月～2011年8月对108例病人开展规范化健康教育，并与同期采用常规护理方法的患者进行疗效比较观察，受到患者及家属的好评，取得了满意效果，现报道如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 我科2009年1月～2011年8月收治的初次住院患者216例，其中男111例，女105例，年龄38～72岁，平均（62.52±5.3）岁。其中脑梗死88例，脑出血83例，蛛网膜下腔出血45例。随机分为两组各108例，两组一般资料经比较差异无统计学意义，具有可比性。见表1。 1.2
