血必净/甲基强松龙对ARDS大鼠肺保护作用机制探究【摘 要】目的：探讨“菌毒并治”代表方药血必净注射液对急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)大鼠肺保护机制。方法：通过建立油酸诱导的大鼠ARDS模型，分别使用血必净、甲基强的松龙等药物干预，测定各组各时段血清中TGF-β1、TNF-α水平，并观察肺组织病理学改变。结果：血必净组大鼠肺组织匀浆及血清中炎症因子水平改变与模型未干预组有极显著差异性(P0.01)，在24h组时，其与甲基强的松龙组比较，明显改善，具有显著性差异(P0.05)；光镜观察结果亦显示，血必净对肺组织的保护作用强于甲基强的松龙，以24小时组改变明显。结论：血必净注射液可通过抑制细胞因子的失控性释放，减轻大鼠肺组织病理改变，较甲强龙显示出更好的保护作用。 【关键词】血必净注射液 甲基强的松龙 急性呼吸窘迫综合征 The Study of Lung Protective Mechanical with Xuebijing/Methylpr- ednisolone on the Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome in Rats Zhang Qia，et al 【Abstract】Objective：The aim of the study was to investigate the lung protective mechanisms of the integrated traditional Chinese medicine Xuebijing injection pretreatment on oleic acid-induced acute respiratory syndrome(ARDS) in rats. Methods：The ARDS model in rats with oleic acid-induced was treated the Xuebijing injection， methylprednisolone(MP)，to measure the factors at different fixed time points，such as TGF-β1、TNF-α in serum.At the same time， we observed the pathologic structure of lung under the optical microscope. Results：The expression of inflammation factors in serum with Xuebijing injection intervented，changed significantly as compared with those in ARDS-no-intervention grup(P0.01).There were also significant difference between the Xuebijing injection grup and MP grups(P0.05). At the same time，we observed the better protective effections of lung in Xuebijing injection grups than the MP grups under the optical microscope ，especially during the 24h grups. Conclusion：The Xuebijing injection and MP can protective the lung in the oleic acid- induced ARDS model in rats，but the Xuebijing injection is better.
