Methods: Using stratified randomization sampling method,1523 primary students were enrolled in this study. Students with social nxiety and neglected situation were accessed with the Social Anxiety Scale for Children and Child Neglect Scale. Results: The level of boys neglect, emotion neglect, communication neglect is more serious than girls(p0.01but the fear of negative evaluation (0.01)and ocial anxiety (p0.01)of the girls is more serious than boys; There were significant differences that whether social anxiety in emotional neglect(t=-9.402 ,P0.05), communication neglect(t=-10.254,P0.05), safety neglect(t=-2.559,P0.05) and neglect score(t=-7.749,P0.05); Spearman correlation analysis showed that emotion neglected was positively correlated with fear of negative evaluation (r=0.386,p0.01)and social anxiety(r=0.380,0.01), communication neglect was positively correlated with fear of negative evaluation(r=0.351, 0.01)and ocial anxiety score(r=0.358, 0.01);Multiple regression analysis consider fear of negative evaluationavoid of distress and social anxiety score as the dependent variable, the dimension of ignore was incorporated into the variables were able to explained in 15.1%, 5.0%, 13.9%. Conclusion: The neglected is significantly correlated with children social anxiety, which is more serious in girls than that in boys, especially in emotional neglect and communication neglect;Although the degree of boys neglected i
