Accompanied with the process of population aging, the problem of supporting old people, especially the rural elderly will become more prominent. Supporting old people is not only involves economic support, also involves all aspects of society and culture. There are 55 ethnic minorities in China. The social culture of every nation has its own characteristics. Endowment problem should be comprehensive discussed in the national social, economic and cultural background. The author chose a Zhuang natural village as the investigation field to discuss the specific way of supporting old people from the stand of village culture as a whole. This paper is based on the author′long-term observation and field investigation. In the Zhuang village investigated by the authors, the old man has been working until their body cant work. By that time they can be classified as the real old man and needs to be support. It is affected by the local ethics that advocating industrious and despising idleness. The scalability of labor intensity is very large because a family is as a unit of production mode in the local. Older people can do some light physical labor as their physical strength declined. The local old people can achieve never too old to work, so the time of completely lose labor ability and life self-care ability is very short.
