( ) 四川医学 2005 年 11 月第 26 卷 第 11 期 　Sichuan Medical J ournal , 2005 , Vol . 26 , No. 11 ·120 1 · 隆凸性皮肤纤维肉瘤的手术治疗 陈　伟 ,岑 　瑛 ( 四川大学华西医院 ,四川 成都 610041) 　　【摘要】　目的　提高对隆凸性皮肤纤维肉瘤的认识 ,强调正确规范手术操作的重要性 ,并初步探讨肿瘤扩大切除加 术中多点冷冻病检对控制局部复发的作用 。方法 　对 1996 年 9 月至 2005 年 3 月收治的 16 例皮肤纤维肉瘤进行临床治 疗分析和随访 。随访截止时间为 2005 年 5 月 ,随访中位时间为 38 个月 。对纳入研究的患者进行分析 ,计算其复发率和 转移率 。结果 　全部 16 位患者 ,中位数年龄 33 岁 ,肿瘤中位数大小 4 . 0cm ,所有患者均经过病理检查明确诊断 ,通过扩 大切除加术中多点冷冻病检治疗后未发现有局部复发 ,无 1 例远处转移 。结论 　通过正确的手术方法 ,加上术中多点冷 冻病检保证切缘阴性 ,可以达到手术治愈的目的。 　　【关键词】　皮肤纤维肉瘤 ;复发 ;手术治疗 ( ) 　　【中图分类号】　R 622 　　　【文献标识码】　A 　　　【文章编号】 2005 　　Operational Treatment For Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans. Chen Wei , Cen Ying , West China Hosp ital , Sichuan University , Chengdu , Sichuan 610041, China 【Abstract 】　Objective 　To emphasize the importance of correct and standardized surgical treatment on dematofibrosarcoma protu berans (DFSP) ,and discuss the intraoperative multipoint frozen section method and experience . Methods 　From Sept 1996 to May 2005 , 16 patients with DFSP received operative therapy were brought into research ,and the recurrence rate were estimated. The end of the fol lowup was May 2005 ,and the median followup interval was 38 months. Results 　For 16 patients ,median age and tumor size at presen tation was 33 years and 4 . 0 cm respectively. All these patients diagnosis of DFSP were confirmed only after microscopic evaluation . All the local recurrence rate and metastasis rate during the followup interval is 0 %.
