屏東滿州鄉近年土石流致災成因探討

摘 要 近年因極端氣候，形成短延時高強度或長延時高累積降雨，均為易發生土石流及崩塌災害
之致災因子 ，屏東縣滿州鄉內2 條土石流潛勢溪流(屏縣DF064 、屏縣DF070)於民國 100年南瑪都
颱風及民國 101年天秤颱風分別發生大規模之土石流災害，並造成下游多戶民宅遭土石流淤埋。本研
究於災後進行實地勘查，並依集水區地形、地質、水文等相關條件因子及遙測影像進行分析，期進一
步探討近年滿州地區颱風事件所造成土石流之成因，並進行差異性的比較，以期能掌握未來災害實際
發生情境，達到防災、減災之成效。

Analysis of debris flow hazard triggering factors
during recent events in Manjhou, Pingtung

ABSTRACT High intensity rainfall in short period and high accumulation rainfall in long
period had become the main causes of debris flow and landslides in recent years, because
of extreme weather effects. Debris flow events were observed in two debris flow potential
torrents (Pingtung DF064 and Pingtung DF070) in Manjhou, Pingtung in 2011 and 2012.
During Typhoons Nanmadol and Tembin, debris flow caused the damage and destruction of
several buildings. This study conducted field investigation after the events, and analysis
the topography, geology, hydrology data together with remote sensing images in the
catchments, and discussed the possible triggering factors and the characteristic of the
torrents for further comparison. The result of this study could provide better information
for hazard assessment and mitigation in the future.
